Posted - 25 June 2009 : 09:54:45 I am currently unemployed and in receipt of unemployment benefit of 124 pounds a fortnight, my total outstanding debts are over 15,000 pounds. can I get reduced fees with my bankruptcy application if so how much would I have to have to pay.

If you are in receipt of benefits, you should have the court fee element amounting to £150, waived. Therefore you would only pay the administration fee of £360.
