I am so worried that baliffs will come to our house, everything in our house i have bought, from my catalogue in my name, they cant take this can they? i have emailed my catalogue for invoices/receipts regarding my purchases from them, so this can prove the are mine. also my son have his playstation games etc in his room which were presents could they take these?? i would really appreciate your help with this matter

Posted - 26 June 2009 : 22:27:20 Balifs cannot just enter your home. They have no right of entry UNLESS you let them in. Make sure your keep doors and windows shut and you should be ok.

Don't worry - bailiffs won't just call - they need a court order. They can't take your personal possessions, especially as it is your hubby who is going bankrupt.
Once your husband has been declared bankrupt you need have no worries about them calling.
