I can't help about the company though - hopefully one of the experts will be able to assist with that.

Posted - 29 June 2009 : 12:07:21 Many thanks for replies. We were also wondering when to stop trying to keep finding our o/draft payments of £300 interest per month, on a £20,000 o/draft??! I have heard people say that you WIND-DOWN? the company, as it is Limited, and don't have to get in touch with companies house at all ?!! to explain our predicament. Just wondered if anyone had done this, or knows of any correct procedure? Cheers. |
