I'd recommend visiting www.iva.com where you will find a list of companies and reviews. You can at least pick and choose who you want to ring.

All reputable IP's offer free advice initially, and it will help to sort out the right route for you to take.

I can't help about the company though - hopefully one of the experts will be able to assist with that.

Many thanks for replies. We were also wondering when to stop trying to keep finding our o/draft payments of £300 interest per month, on a £20,000 o/draft??! I have heard people say that you WIND-DOWN? the company, as it is Limited, and don't have to get in touch with companies house at all ?!! to explain our predicament. Just wondered if anyone had done this, or knows of any correct procedure? Cheers.

An IP is an Insolvency Practitioner. They are professionals who work for companies that deal is assisting people who are insolvent. They can advise on the best course of action (IVA, DMP or BR) if you are having problems paying your creditors.
