Posted - 29 June 2009 : 21:38:33 early disharge.just checked the insolvency website and i am listed as being disharged two weeks ago.went br in jan this year.would like to thank everyone who has helped me on this forum.i dont know where i would have been if it hadnt been for the advice and help given.just waiting to sort the BI out now.hopefully that will be sooner rather than later.

Posted - 30 June 2009 : 07:38:47 Well done Badgered, 6 months is pretty good for an ED. Make sure you print off a couple of copies of the Register showing that you are discharged so you have proof in case anyone needs it.
