Hi S10 here,

I completed my one year term as a BR, on the 30th June.

Does anybody know if I recieve an official piece of paper or similar to confirm the fact that I have now being discharged ?

Thanks again

Thanks guys
Will continue to look at this Forum and try and help where I can. It has been a great help to me before and during BR.

Yep, you can get a certificate from the court where you were declared BR but it will cost you £60. The other option is to print off a couple of copies of the Insolvency Register page where is shows you have been discharged.

Congrats on the discharge by the way.

Hi,

I think, and I could be wrong here, that if you want a certificate you have to request one, and it costs.

One of the experts will confirm (or otherwise).
