Posted - 04 July 2009 : 11:46:16 hi am going br on 16 th july.i have received a letter for intended court action if i have not paid by the 6th (9500.00).it says they will seek a judgement against me and then a charging order.my question is will there be enough time for them to do the first part and get the order.thanks

Posted - 04 July 2009 : 12:33:34 Don't worry - your BR willbe able to go through before any judgement. It takes time for your creditors to set a court date.

Posted - 04 July 2009 : 11:56:22 There probably won't be enough time to get the order. Just put all of the details on the SOA and the amount will be written off as part of your BR. There is a section on the SOA that asks for details of any impending court actions/CCJ's, etc. so you can put the details here.
