I have a telephone interview in two weeks time. As it is a failed IVA due to retiring at age 60 with health issues. I am living on nothing but a state pension and receiving guaranteed pension credit. Will I have to enter into a payment plan? to be honest being on pension credit and the Council now paying my council tax and rent I have no disposable income.

This is somethng that you will discuss with the OR at your interview.
