I want BR in earler this year, I no longer live out the property and did not sign the volatry surrend forms that Northen Rock wanted to send me. I told them if you send them to me I would pass them to the OR.

Today I recived a letter from Solictors acting for Northen Rock it is a Witness Statement and has a court claim number.

Do I need to do anythink??

If you don't sign the voluntary surrender forms for the house then NR will need to take you to court in order to repossess the property, which is probably what these forms are for.

Give them a call and verify that this is what the forms are for. If this is the case then you don't need to turn up at court for the hearing. If these forms are for something else then inform the OR.

I would phone the Solicitors up and ask them exactly what they mean by sending you this letter. Inform them that you are bankrupt, and that any shortfall from the house would have been included in that.

If you have any problems with them, contact the OR and inform them.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
