Posted - 13 July 2009 : 10:26:46 I didn't get anything through to confirm my automatic discharge Melanie. I was told that it would be 12 months from the date of the order and the only thing I have to show this is the printed confirmation from the insolvency register.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

They will wait until they are happy that the administration is complete and you will then get a letter notifiying you of the intention of an automatic discharge, you will then receive a date for this automatic discharge and the bankruptcy will be complete.
With regard to the operations of the the OR - no contact is good news.. it means there is nothing for them to be concerned with!
ALl you have to do is wait for your automatic discharge date then move forward into your debt free future!
