Posted - 13 July 2009 : 18:58:29 I would recommend withdrawing the money asap just in case. Normally the OR will say that they won't have an interest in the account so it shouldn't be frozen but it's better safe than sorry.

Posted - 13 July 2009 : 18:24:25 The bank account is normally frozen within a day or two of going BR. Your BR will appear on the Insolvency Register the next day and banks check this. If your wages go in on the Friday I would recommend withdrawing them out if you can.
