Hi, I am in month 11 of my bankruptcy and haven't heard anything about an IPO yet. Do you think it's because I won't be getting one. Can they put one in place once I am discharged. Thank you. |

Our expenses were never agreed. We were self employed at the time and had made a loss. There was no mention of an IPO.
We do have a court date for a repossession hearing on 24 July and have somewhere else to live. How long after the court hearing will we be evicted? Thanks |

I would think that if you haven't had one by now, that you won't.
I don't believe they can do one once you are discharged.

Hi Maz,
It sounds to me like you won't be getting one. How much DI did you have left after your expenses had been agreed? Did the examiner/OR say you would be getting one?
They cannot impose an IPA/O after discharge.
