Posted - 16 July 2009 : 19:43:17 Other than the 3 copies of the forms, and additional stuff such as proof of iva failing, valuations of property (had two done). is there anything else we need to take....passports, wage slips, bank statements?

Bristol and Peterborough each require only one set of forms, other courts need 2 or 3 sets.
