if you are both petitioning for your individual bankruptcies you each need to fill in the form separately.
The expenses will be the same on each form, however on your form your income is input with your husband income entered as "contribution" from household members.
The reverse is done on his form
all joint debts are put on each form with 100% of the debt on each form too
