Posted - 19 July 2009 : 17:41:48 Hello There, I was discharged from BR in June. However I am due a tax rebate of £500 from 09. Will the OR have claim on it, or as I am discharged, is it mine to keep. Appreciate your comments, Thank you.

Posted - 19 July 2009 : 17:47:26 If the rebate comes from the time during you were BR then the OR will have a claim on it. You should have signed the TNIDIS form that came in the OR's pack shortly after you were declared BR and signing this should mean that any tax rebates would be paid directly to the OR rather than to you.
