Posted - 19 July 2009 : 21:22:27 Hi Forum, I went BR Nov 08, had early discharge forms sent about a month ago, have not contacted OR however I am sure someone on here may know how long it takes to come through. Also once discharged am i now able to be a director in a Limited company with out the need for special permission? Thanks in advance for any replys.

Once discharged you are free to do as you will regard directorships etc.
If the forms sent were an IPAQ form this is a review of the Income & Expenditure and is the beginning of the early discharge process.
You might want to check the Insolvency Register as this will be updated before you are advised.
