I am condisering bankruptcy, Please can you tell me how much the OR would allow me per month for the following:
Clothes for me and my daughter (do they allow you extra money for school uniform for my daughter, Food, and money to take my daughter out on activities.

Posted - 20 July 2009 : 16:08:17 Clothing for 1 adult is £49 and £96 for 1 adult/2 kids so you would get somewhere in between. Put down £80 and see if the OR says anything about it. All they can do is reduce it and if it is reduced to something that you don't consider reasonable you can query it.
Any activities will need to come out of any disposable income although you may be able to claim something for 'after school clubs' but I think this depends upon the OR.
