mY HOUSE IS IN NEGITIVE EQUITY, WITH £9000 ARREARS. wILL THIS BE TAKEN OFF ME AS I HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH BUILDING SOCIETY TO PAY.

If you are keeping the house then you would be expected to keep up with the mortgage repayments and any arrears. If you gave up the house for voluntary repossession then any shortfall/mortgage arrears would be included in the bankruptcy.
