Posted - 27 July 2009 : 14:44:05 Thanks I'v read policy and theres no mention of it.I'm defo changing it anyway when it's up for renewal ,just got a qoute online off coop an it's £100 a year cheaper for £15000 more cover.Can't believe coop have given me a qoute of £64 a year for £32000 worth of cover.

Posted - 27 July 2009 : 14:33:44 I haven't informed the house insurance company of my bankruptcy. I pay a monthly direct debit and have not received anything from them, so I presume the OR hasn't been in touch with them. I would only imagine they would be interested if you owed them any money, otherwise, why should it matter so long as you're paying your insurance money monthly. I also have cable with Virgin and they haven't suspended my contract, so I assume they are happy as long as I pay my bills on time. Sometimes its best to keep quiet as you could open a can of worms for no reason.
