Hi,
Have court date tomorrow at Bristol. I am doubting myself so rang Bristol to check on the fee amount. The lady said £510.00. I am sure it is £560.00. Does anyone know?

Thanks gettingoutofdebt,
I've got that printed out already, and have the up to date tax credit award notice to take, as proof.

Hi Nic,

Make sure you take the completed EX160 form with you when you petition so you get the £150 rebate on the fee:

Hi, Yes i was told £510, but as i get working family tax credit, i only have to pay the ORs fee of £360. My appointment in Bristol is on the 17th of August. Good Luck for tomorrow.

The fee to go BR at all courts (apart from the High Court) is £510.

Good luck for tomorrow x
