Posted - 30 July 2009 : 08:48:56 I've got a job interview next week, and if I am successful a CRB check is required. Will my bankruptcy show up on a CRB check?
Thanks |

Posted - 30 July 2009 : 15:49:40 I think Caroline is just concerned about her job interview, not her ability to be able to work because she is worried bankrupt.
She could phone the HR anonymously to see if it is an issue. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.
As Suzanne says, don't worry about the CRB check.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Posted - 30 July 2009 : 09:18:34 Yeah, I know what you mean. I wouldn't feel inclined to tell them, if it doesn't affect your ability to do your job then it is really your business. If it is a matter that is important to them they would probably ask you anyway. In general I would keep shtum unless asked directly.
