Posted - 02 August 2009 : 14:18:22 Hi Shark attack...have you been issued with a breach on 12 june? or confirmation of failure. To put your mind at rest a little, our iva was issued in breach at the end of May, which is apparently when creditors are informed. We did go bankrupt on 20the July but other than one company on behalf of egg making the odd phonecall/sending a text we didn't hear anything from anyone. Have you an idea when you will be in a position to go bankrupt? I ignored the egg calls until after bankruptcy and then took their last call giving them my bankruptcy number and they were fine.

Posted - 02 August 2009 : 13:41:21 If you have only just stopped paying into your IVA, then it will be three months before you are issued with a certificate of non compliance, so your creditors may not contact you yet.
If you have already passed that point, they can start ringing at any time.
