Please could one of the experts clarify for me if you are made redundant after discharge and have an ipa does the or have any claim on your pension?

Posted - 04 August 2009 : 16:38:58 If you are subject to an IPA and are in receipt of redundancy money, you are supposed to declare this to the OR. They will probably allow you to keep the equivalent of one months salary to tide you over until you can get another job. If you receive your pension lump sum, you should also notify them, but pension annuity is income so unless this is different from what your usual salary is you don't need to tell them.
