I have applied to the court to get permission to be a director whilst bankrupt, as this is the only way I can continue working in my industry.
The court has served notice on the OR and she is keen to come to some agreement prior to the hearing that the Judge can rubber stamp.
What sort of limitations or conditions do you think she might ask for?

Posted - 05 August 2009 : 22:39:50 probably that you be liable for company debts if it all goes wrong again, this would mean that you are able to offer work through a ltd company but the public are protected as they have a further level of liability from which to claim if neccessary
