Posted - 06 August 2009 : 15:23:52 On your banruptcy form in the section where it asks you to list your creditors do you put the creditors details who the debt is with now or the original companys details who you got the credit with. Also will the OR take into account maintenance payments that I recieve from my ex for my daughter, child benefit and woorking tax credits when working out an IPA

Posted - 06 August 2009 : 19:47:51 Hi not sure about maintenance payments but tax credits are taken into account but child benefit is disregarded, still put it on the form though but it does not count towards your IPA being calculated.

Posted - 06 August 2009 : 15:59:42 I just put down the original companies details that I had incurred the debts with and handed the OR a folder of all the correspondence I had had from the sharks that the debts had been sold onto (in some cases 4 or 5 different companies). The OR was happy with this and will be writing to all of them.
If any of them slip the net they are automatically included in the bankruptcy (as long as the debt was incurred beforehand) and if they contact you just write to them giving them the ORs details.
