Hvae applied for BC today, have been given a date to issue my bankruptcy pettition in 4 weeks! (which from reading some post is quite quick!) I have spoken to my mortgage company and they have been excellent with me and have given me a mortgage break. I thought informing all the other companies would be as straight forward as this!! How wrong was I? rang benifitial finance to discuss my secured loan and was chatting to a very pleasant chap who informed me that he as it was a secured loan i`d have to speak to a different department. Blimey, I think he put me through to the bear with a sore head department!! very rude and antagonistic, lots of "i think" and "I dont agrees" came into the conversation! So this brings me to my question, Beneficaial finance have told me that they are going to try and get a payment directly from my wages? Is this possible?

Thanx
