Hi,

Do you mean that you are looking for a letter to send to the creditors to offer a F&F payment? If so have a look at http://www.insolvencyhelpline.co.uk/debt_factsheets/full_and_final_settlement_offers.php as there are details and a letter template there.

If you mean what should the creditor put in their letter saying that they have accepted the figure then you should make sure that things like the following are included:

- The credit/loan agreement reference
- Confirmation of the F&F amount that they have accepted
- Confirmation that they will update the credit details with the credit reference agencies (Equifax, CallCredit and Experian) that this debt has been paid off. You should allow them 28 days to update the records

Other people will probably add a couple of other things as well but those are the one's that I can think of at the moment.
