Posted - 12 August 2009 : 17:37:46 I am going bankrupt on monday the 17th august, and got to take three months bank statements to the court with me. Does it matter if you dont have the one for August yet? I usually get them about now, but its not turned up yet( probably the post strike). If it dont come by monday, can i still take the may, june, and july ones? Have been turned away before, because i never had the right information, so am getting really nervous this time. |

Posted - 13 August 2009 : 20:32:21 Surely if you have your last three months statements, it should be enough?
Shouldn't matter if the latest one hasn't come through yet.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Posted - 13 August 2009 : 19:56:03 Yes i am claiming a fee remission. I probably could download it from internet banking, but i thought you had to take the original. does anyone know? |

Posted - 12 August 2009 : 20:59:52 Gettingoutofdebt the OP will need to take the bank statements if they are claiming for a remission on the £150 court costs.
OP I have a feeling you will need August statement. Can you download it from internet banking or pop into the branch and ask for a print out? |

Posted - 12 August 2009 : 18:42:23 You shouldn't need to take the bank statements to court just the 6.27 and 6.28 forms (3 copies of both unless you are going to the RCOJ) and the BR fee.
The OR will ask you for the bank statements if they need them. It's also not a problem if you don't have some of them or CC statements as the OR will contact your creditors directly.
Good luck on Monday |
