If you mean what happens if a creditor is not listed on the S of A and contained in the bankruptcy.....this makes no difference. On the date that the order is made ALL debts owed by an individual are included in the bankruptcy regardless on whether or not they are on the initial S of A. Many times other creditors are added during the process of administering the estate. If a debt comes to light later in the process and it was confirmed that it was indeed outstanding at the date of the BO it is included within the bankruptcy (one of the reasons for the advert in the London Gazette was for creditors not included to come forward
Hope this answers your query
