Hi
I have just checked my credit file via Equifax in preperation to my Br next week and have discovered that i have a ccj against my property, it is a compl;icated story to why im surprised that i have this ccj,anyway
My questions are what happens to my ccj after i declare my Br court date next week ?
Can i include the ccj on my Br form and if so under whar section.

All help appreciaed

if it is a ccj registered at your property rather than against your property then this will be included in the br. the debt goes in the unsecured section

If the debt has moved to a charging order then it is now secured against the property - you can double check this on the land registry web site.

There is a separate section at the beginning of the soa to identify any court action - put the ccj details here.

Hi do you mean that you have just a ccj, or has it progressed to a charging order against the property
