my husband is a bankrupt for 11k in 2006 the receivers want now 35k their estimated expences they say,going to court october 09 again.they want me to sell joint ownd home can they make me?

I think the obvious answer based on the limited nature of the post is yes, they can force the sale of your house in order to release your hhusbands half of the equity that is owed due to his bankruptcy in 2006.
