i have filled in the forms, what do i do now?
i am filling in an excemption form as well so i wont have to pay the fees, what do i do with it once filled in.

Find your local court at http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/HMCSCourtFinder/CourtList.do and then give them a call to see if they have an appointment system or whether you can just turn up.

The exemption form only waives £150 of the fee, you still need to pay £360 to declare BR. Ask the court what documentation you need to bring with you for the exemption as you will probably need to take in your latest bank statement to prove you are on benefits.
