Posted - 08 September 2009 : 20:55:15 Hi guys
I was made bankcrupt in Feb. I am a hairdresser and was made bankcrupt becasue of my last salon. I have moved home now and have been approched by a salon to work there and to rent a chair which would result in be being self employed.
Is there any stipulations about being self employed under bankcruptcy and also,
I have been considered for early discharge, would it be better to wait till discharged or is it just the same to do it now?

I asked my OR and she had no problems with it at all. Don't forget to let the Inland Revenue know , and also the National insurance people know with in I think it is 6 months other wise you will receive a fine, as I found out from the Ni people
