Posted - 10 September 2009 : 14:34:32 hi .. i called my OR and explained about upcoming changes in my circumstances w/c will find myself having difficulty in paying my monthly IPA of £106 , i was told that they will refer my case to RTLU and just this morning received a letter about passing my case to RTLU ... kindly give me some info about this .. . being my case pass to RTLU .. tnx

Posted - 10 September 2009 : 17:14:28 The OR passes the case to the RTLU (Regional Trustee Liquidator Unit) once they have completed their investigation so it is perfectly normal that the RTLU is dealing with your new I&E/IPA rather than the OR.
