change circumstances and RTLU... i called the OR office and explain about the change in my circumstances in the near future , currently paying ipa (£106)but i may have a hard time in paying it as the change in my circumstances will take effect , i was told that they will pass my case to RTLU and just recently received a letter confirming the situation ... what does this mean ... ????

Once the OR has completed their investigation they pass your case to the RLTU (Regional Trustee Liquidator Unit) so it is perfectly normal that you will now be dealing with the RTLU and nothing to worry about.
