thinking of declaring ourselfs bankrupt we have approx 30k of debt, on benefit esa, child tax,child benefit, industrial injury benefit, housing and council tax, tried a dmp but strggled. how do we get the bankrupcy fees to go bankrupt as we hav no family to help

If you are on benefits then you can each receive a £150 reduction by completing the following form:

The CAB may also be able to assist with BR fees or know a company that can.

Are you still paying your creditors? If so, stop now and use this money to pay the fees. The same with a DMP, if you have decided to declare BR then stop paying the DMP and use this amount for the fees.
