Posted - 10 September 2009 : 19:48:53 thinking of declaring ourselfs bankrupt we have approx 30k of debt, on benefit esa, child tax,child benefit, industrial injury benefit, housing and council tax, tried a dmp but strggled. how do we get the bankrupcy fees to go bankrupt as we hav no family to help

The CAB may also be able to assist with BR fees or know a company that can.
Are you still paying your creditors? If so, stop now and use this money to pay the fees. The same with a DMP, if you have decided to declare BR then stop paying the DMP and use this amount for the fees.
