Posted - 13 September 2009 : 21:44:39 my husband is applying for bankruptcy, at the moment he has his own business but that will go with the bankruptcy, he is still going to be self employed but working under a different company, does this matter on the forms as the name of the company will change?

Posted - 14 September 2009 : 08:52:38 he has his own taxi business, he is about to start working for someone else as a taxi driver although will still be self employed. a large part of our debt is with the business so i dont think he will be allowed to continue.

Posted - 13 September 2009 : 21:52:44 During the bankruptcy he may only trade in names that have been used before and are named in the bankruptcy order. What sort of business is he in now and can he not carry that on after the bankruptcy. What sort of business is he planning to change to
