Hope you opened a barclays cashcard account, as i was told i could have a barclays bank account, which i found out later when i tried to log on to online banking, i weren't. So opened a cashcard account two weeks ago, and the other one got closed a few days ago.

Good luck in court. Don't worry it will be fine and you probably won't even need to see the judge.

Have Barclays allowed you to open a basic bank account? Most people go for the Co-op Cashminder as this is a very BR friendly account.
