Hi,

1) If you only have incomplete bank, and credit card statements only going back about 6 months (and mainly show balances rather than how debt/purchases were made), because you were living mostly with ex girlfriend and relationship did not end amicably and therefore do not have statements from before. If asked asked and I cannot supply this info, what will happen? will they make my application/me bankrupt?

2)All my debts are unsecured (mainly acquired because of unemployment and living expenses) and I have no assets, what are my obligations to the Receiver, and what are they likely to do during bankruptcy period?

Hi,

1) Don't worry about the bank/card statements. The OR can get additional statements from the creditors if they are required.

2) Not having any assets won't really make a difference. The OR will look into your financial history, check how you got into debt, etc. Your obligations are the same as anyone else, which is to fully co-operate with the OR.

Good luck
