Posted - 17 September 2009 : 10:20:41 Hi, I was declared bankrupt in Feb 09, and discharged in August `09. Part of my debt was to the Inland revenue, which covered a lump some due...also payments due in Jan `09 & July `09.
The business was closed in December `08
I have just heard from my accountant, who told me that a final tax bill will be issued to me in Jan 2010 in the amount of £3000!!!..
Aaaargh.....just when i thought it was all over....it ain`t.
What happens in cases like this please??...as i`m on long term incapacity....and that was the reason for my B.R.
Thanks for your help...

No need to worry !
