Posted - 18 September 2009 : 15:04:14 Just recieved a letter from Am EX saying they have recieved notification that my insolvency has been successful. and that any balances will be passed onto an external collections agency who will take appropritate collection action and that they are legally able to issue me with a default notice.
As am not in debt with them, am assuming this is a standard letter sent automatically but are creditors allowed to still chase for payment once bankrupt ???
