Posted - 21 September 2009 : 11:05:46 i went bankrupt in April 2009 had no ipa as disposal income not enough am currently on 10% pay cut until further notice if i get discharged in april 2010 then say get my 10% back later that year do i still have a ipa inposed

Posted - 21 September 2009 : 11:27:00 No, an IPA can only be imposed when you are bankrupt. If you are discharged and you don't have an IPA then you will never get one regardless of how much you earn on the future.

Posted - 21 September 2009 : 11:26:21 An IPA has to be in place at the time of discharge, so if your salary is restored after discharge it's all yours!
