Posted - 24 September 2009 : 08:00:51 Yes, you can leave the UK the day after declaring BR if you wish but will need to keep the OR updated on your contact details and continue to pay an IPA if implemented.

Yes, I believe you can. If you get an IPA, you will have to continue to pay it from abroad.
