i have received a letter today from a liquidator regarding a claim i have against a company in liquidation. It states that my claim has been adjudicated and result as follows.
Secured: £0
Preferential: £0
Floating Charge: £0
Ordinary: £1200
Rejected: £0

What exactly does this mean, do i get any money.

It just means that your claim has been accepted as an ordinary creditor. If their is any money the people at the top of the list get paid paid first as you can see you are second from bottom, but at least it has not been rejected

Hi,

I have absolutely no idea. Hopefully one of the experts will be able to help, but otherwise I'd give them a ring tomorrow and ask them to explain it to me.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
