Posted - 24 September 2009 : 22:25:28 Got a BR hearing at Maidstone on Monday and then an interview with the OR afterwards (anybody know what maidstone is like??). My husband is the only one who works and I get Child tax credit and child benefit. Does the OR take into consideration my benefits when assessing whether we will have an IPA or are the benefits out of the BR circle?? We dont have over £99 spare income every month to have an IPA so will my husbands tax code go to NIL?? Thanks Deb

If your DI is less than £99 you won't have an IPA, but your husband will get a nil tax code. He will have to pay over his tax to the OR until the end of the tax year.
