Posted - 25 September 2009 : 08:10:16 Hi all. I went BR on 9th March 2009 and was discharged on 4th Sept (happy days!). What I would like to know is this; My property was in neg equity and I requested to buy the beneficial interest in the property, as advised, but have heard nothing further. I beleive I had to pay £211 to buy the BI but this money has never been requested. Can anyone advise what my best action would be? I just want to ensure I have full control of my property. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance and thanks for all the advice throughout my BR.
