hi made bankrupt in june we intended to keep the house as it was in negitivy exquity and sent letter to or saying we wished to buy the BI now my wife has decided she no longer wants to live at the house or with me as i can not afford the repayments on my own about £700 a month i have decided not to repay mortagage any more and hopefully save enougth 4 a depoist realise i will need a large amount but how will the or look at this will he want the money im saveing by not paying mortgage al

Hi
you seem to have a perfectly valid reason for not continuing in the house and finding different affordable accomodation. I am assuming that you have not already purchased the BI.

Once you are settled you must let the OR know than you have moved and arrange to voluntarily surrender the property back to the mortgage lender.
