Do the OR count this towards your income as it is a state benefit? My wife only has 3 more months of this payment then it stops? just wondered whether the OR would take the whole amount as for the next 3 months i have a DI of £500 then it stops and then my DI drops to only £6

Maternity pay is taken into account for an IPA but an IPA normally takes about 2-3 months to set up so there is a good chance that the maternity pay will not be being received any more by the time an IPA is set up.

Mention this to the OR during the interview and they will probably want you to complete another I&E once you have stopped receiving the maternity pay.

Sorry its Maternity Pay £123, for example i have my OR interview next Friday (16th Oct) and my wife gets paid on Friday 23rd October, does this mean the OR wont take this money as they can not set up an IPA in time.

what extra info do you need me to provide?

Is this maternity benefit? If so then I think (although not sure) that it would be counted as income.

If your income changes during your you should inform the OR and they will send another I&E for you to complete.
