It seems like the shareholdes of egg have wasted yet another stamp + envelope chasing a debt with you that they should be communicating to the OR instead.

incidentally there is no "negotiating" with the OR. They will get what the OR gives them.

If you want me to put in a complaint under the "1970 Administration of Justic Act - section 40" which covers harrassment please drop me a line and happy to review.

We are actively looking at reporting creditors to the OFT and Trading Standards and have started files on each creditor and debt collection agency.

It seems that nobody ever pushes back or complains so we will work at this very hard. I believe that by pooling complaints and provable situations we can show trends rather than "one off expectional circumstances" and this will have a lot more impact.

Any letters please forward to "Support Team 2" and my office. I can then report how we get on.

I don't think it will be anything for you to worry about. You are bankrupt and they cannot seek anything from you.

Not sure what happens to the tax which you pay to the OR, but if it goes to the creditors then it will be paid out pro rata until the end of the tax year.

I'd contact the OR to tell them about the letter.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
