Hi all

I have just been reading a post on early discharge. I was made BK on 26 Mar 09. I was told a shortwhile after this that due to my circumstances I would probably get an early discharge. I was told around August to expect a letter asking for current I&E. I have been in contact with the Insolvency Service but they just tell me my file is with another department. The post I just read has been discharged already (well done) and was made BK only 1 week before me. I dont want to keep on at them incase I upset them. Any advice welcome.

Thanks

One of the most difficult things with insolvency is the waiting.

every case is different so you shouldn't compare discharge dates as there may be no comparrison.

I would suggest you sit tight and wait.
